The popular Country House events remain a Festival winner.  We continued in the same tradition this year with some old favourites and some new appearances including:

Water and Wine - Poetry at Balfour with Di Robson and Geoff Cormack

Aberdeen Chamber Players, leader: Bryan Dargie

The Days of The Palm Court, played by 'Marinda'.

Musica Celtica,  with Tara Leiper, Andy Linklater and Geoff Cormack.

"May I Have The Pleasure?" with Marie Shanks, Donald Hawkesworth and Myrtle Watt

Will Conway also gave an excellent 'cello recital in Migvie Church.  Not a 'Country House' venue to be exact, but in the Country House concert style.

The Festival is most grateful to the house owners who have so kindly made their homes available to the events.
